1. Who we are

LevelUp Archive (“we”, “us”) is a study platform for medical students preparing for the UKMPPD examination. The site is operated from Indonesia and is accessible at archive.levelupflash.com.

2. What data we collect

You can browse the Library and Question Bank without an account. We only collect personal data once you create an account.

Account data

  • Email address (from sign-up or your Google account)
  • A hashed password (only if you sign up with email/password)
  • Your Google account name and profile picture, if you sign in with Google

Profile data

On first sign-in we ask you to fill in an onboarding form. This collects:

  • Your full name
  • The medical school you attend
  • A phone number
  • Three topics you feel strongest in
  • Three topics you feel weakest in
  • Your estimated UKMPPD exam date

Usage data

In the future we may save your quiz attempts, scores, bookmarked questions, and other study activity so we can show you progress over time. We will update this policy before introducing new types of usage data.

Technical data

We use cookies to keep you signed in (session cookies set by our authentication provider). We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and maintain your account
  • To personalize your study experience based on the strengths and weaknesses you selected
  • To save your progress so it persists across devices
  • To improve the platform — for example, aggregated statistics on topic difficulty across all users
  • To contact you about important changes to the service (we do not send marketing emails)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of services to operate the platform. These providers process some of your data on our behalf:

  • Supabase— database, authentication, and file storage. Your account and profile data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
  • Google— if you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google shares your email, name, and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.
  • Vercel— hosts and serves the website.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs their use of your data.

5. Your rights

You can at any time:

  • Sign out of your account
  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request that we correct inaccurate information in your profile
  • Request that we delete your account and all associated data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at juveniusm@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and profile data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data from our database. Some anonymized data (e.g., the fact that someone answered a question correctly) may be retained for product analytics, but it can no longer be traced back to you.

7. Children

The platform is intended for medical students and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If we make a material change, we will notify signed-in users by email.
